Ordering Information
You may place your order online simply by using the shopping cart feature and checking out with our secure server. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Shipping
We generally process orders the next business day. In the instance of back-ordered items or other delays, we will notify you by phone or email if your order will be delayed more than 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days. Very large orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Local pickup can be made at Terramor Organic Home, 147 W. El Roblar Dr., Ojai, CA. We will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up- usually the next business day.

International Orders
We can ship almost anywhere in the world. Please contact us with your order request and address to get a quote on shipping to your location. Customer is responsible for paying any and all import fees and taxes. Please note, we cannot sell bumGenius! diapers outside the USA.

Returns & Exchanges
Unused items in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund of merchandise price within 30 days of receipt. Your money will be refunded in the manner in which it was paid. Shipping costs will only be refunded if we made an error with your order or if the item you purchased was defective.

If you return items for exchange, we will cover the new shipping charges up to $10.00. Shipping charges over $10.00 will be charged to you. This applies to domestic orders only.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped in California are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
